All items listed are subject to availability at the time your order is received. All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis.
Items ordered that are out-of-stock or sold out will not be charged to your credit card. If payment is by money order or certified check, you will receive a refund check with your order.
We ship most orders UPS Ground Service. If you request a different service, your order will be subject to additional charges for the service requested. UPS Ground shipping charges are listed on the order screen.
Sorry, we do not take C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders.
All claims, if any, must be reported within three business days from the time you receive your order. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in the original, un-damaged packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer.
All payments must be in U.S. funds Only- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
Orders processed by FTG are subject to sales and or use taxes in several states. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout unless. Please contact us for tax-exempt purchases. All Tax Exempt purchases will require the appropriate documentation.
